Rish - Wild Fig Leaf

Sparkling

EUR 15,00

1
This pétillant naturel is built on a refined kombucha base, fermented with fig leaves and selected botanicals to evoke the depth and warmth of a Mediterranean orchard at the height of summer. A naturally sparkling, non-alcoholic drink with depth, complexity, and grace.

What to expect

Elegant and aromatic, with notes of fig leaf, dried apricot, and sandalwood. A soft, natural acidity from kombucha fermentation brings freshness, while subtle herbal and woody tones (rosemary, fennel) add depth. Lively bubbles and a dry finish complete the experience.

Perfect Pairing

Charcuterie, goat cheese, grilled peach, pork tenderloin, herby couscous or roasted vegetables.
