Purpur is a black-tea kombucha blended with elderberry, red beet, and fine herbs. Pepper, oak, and cherrywood add depth, resulting in a dark, aromatic profile that remains smooth and approachable.




What to expect

Dry and aromatic, with fine bubbles reminiscent of a quality crémant. Aromas of rooibos, black tea, cherry, lemon zest, and soft spice unfold into a flavor profile balancing acid, bitter, and sweet notes. Some describe delicate hints of rose adding floral elegance. 


Perfect Pairing

An ideal companion to oysters, seafood, citrus-forward salads, grilled vegetables, and refined vegetarian dishes. Equally suited as a standalone aperitif or elegant complement to slow food and festive plates.


Serving suggestions

Serve well chilled at 6–8 °C in a champagne flute or white wine glass. Garnish with a rosebud or citrus twist to enhance the floral spice. Enjoy within a week of opening for best freshness.
